Surprise New Year!

Clearing my craft table is not so easy as you think!
All the time nice peaces of scraps come along
and they say: please make me into a card!

So today I found some leftover already folded
for a card Club Scrap Scandanavian green paper,
a sentiment from Create with TLC and a background
from Club Scrap's Surprise kit.
These items where perfect for a New Year card.
I have a box of left over cards from the last Holiday's
and here I will add this one too for the
upcomming Holiday's.
One can never start early enough, right?!

Only a ribbon from my stash and some glitter
holographic stickers and the cardis ready.
I still have some other Holiday items on my table,
let's see what I can wip up this weekend.

Thank you for looking
and have a creative day!

Here is another one made with

The little cake is printed twice and I cut out
the top to add it with foam tape.

I used this weeks sketch from the

With some of the left over pieces from printing,

Something New

My card today is for the
where the challenge is
Do or Use Something New.

Well, I did both.
I became a member of a new group
for Oriental stamp art
and because of that I bought this
paper lantern die.

Here you see the die, it is not too large, so easy to use
on cards and wonderful to combine (here on the
sleeve of my coffee cup).

So those of you who visit my blog more often,
know my love for coffee, so here my first
oriental coffee card.

The backgroud is made in resist technique
with an Art Neko flower stamp.
The coffee cut is cut with the Stampin'Up!
coffee thinlits. The stamped sentiment
is by Stampin'Funn. The "hello"die cut
is from a Tim Holtz die.
The girl is an image I found on internet
and colored with zig markers.

Thank you for looking
and have a creative day.

Club Scrap January kit: Surprise

Here we are with a new project with this month
Club Scrap digital kit called
You find this digital kit (see here all
the elements) in the digital store
of Club Scrap HERE for only $ 4,95.
I started out by coloring this clipboard in green
acrylic ink. The size of this clipboard is A5.
I found some circle stamps I had in my stash
and mde the boarder look like the printed paper
I was going to use. The year is made out of
transparant stickers from an old kit (not sure
which one). The ribbon on the clip is from
2005 Avant Garde. You see I am using my stash!
Here a close up of the stamping
and the stickers.

Now I added the paper and a sentiment
from the the digital Surprise kit.

Then I printed a calendar I found here
and also added the confetti circles in various colors
matching the numbers on the cards.

Thank you very much for looking
and have a creative day!

Thank you panda

Here is my first new card of 2018.
A thank you card with the fairly new
It is a set and the bamboo stamp comes with it.
I made this card for ThankfulThursday Challenge on the
I started this card by making the backpanel
using the bamboo stamp and peeled paint
oxide distress ink. I also added some black
splashes with a paint brush and lots of
water and black sooth distress ink.

Next the panda strip was created with black ink
by turning the panda different ways. The bamboo
here is a little die I have. The sentiment is  from
Tim Holtz.

have a creative day!
